By using Hypergamy, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Hypergamy is operated by Green 8 Marketing LLC, a Florida limited liability company.

2. Service Description

Hypergamy provides an AI-powered dating coach that offers advice on dating, relationships, and social dynamics. The service includes:

• Conversational AI coaching powered by OpenAI's GPT models
• Screenshot analysis for Pro and Legend subscribers
• Conversation memory and context retention
• Multiple subscription tiers (Free, Pro, Legend)

Important: Hypergamy provides educational and entertainment content only. It is not a substitute for professional therapy, counseling, or medical advice.

3. Subscription Tiers and Billing

Free Tier

• 15 messages (lifetime limit)
• Full conversation memory
• No screenshot analysis
• No credit card required

Pro Tier

• Unlimited messages
• Full conversation memory
• 20 screenshots per month
• Recurring monthly subscription

Legend Tier

• Everything in Pro
• Unlimited screenshots (fair use policy: 500/month)
• Priority support
• Recurring monthly subscription

Pricing: Current subscription prices are displayed on our homepage and during checkout. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

Billing: Subscriptions renew automatically each month. You'll be charged on the same day you subscribed. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime through the Account page or Stripe Customer Portal. Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.

Refunds: We offer a no-questions-asked refund within 7 days of your initial subscription. After 7 days, refunds are at our discretion. Contact support@hypergamy.ai for refund requests.

Free Tier: Message limits reset only if we explicitly offer it. No automatic resets.

5. Fair Use Policy

We want everyone to have a great experience. Please don't:

• Abuse the service with spam, bots, or automated requests
• Share your account with others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy our AI models
• Use the service for illegal or harmful purposes
• Exceed reasonable usage limits (Legend tier: 500 screenshots/month is fair use)

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate fair use policies.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You own the content you submit (messages, screenshots). By using Hypergamy, you grant us permission to process your content to provide the service and improve our AI.

Our Content: The AI responses, website, and platform are owned by Green 8 Marketing LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

AI-Generated Content: AI responses are generated by OpenAI's models and may not be entirely accurate. Use at your own discretion.

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

No Warranties: Hypergamy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee that the AI will always give good advice or that the service will be error-free.

Not Professional Advice: Hypergamy is for entertainment and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for therapy, legal advice, or professional counseling.

Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of Hypergamy, including relationship outcomes, emotional distress, or financial losses.

AI Accuracy: AI models can make mistakes, hallucinate, or give bad advice. Always use your own judgment.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Abuse the platform or fair use policies
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Harass our team or other users

If your account is terminated, you'll lose access to your conversation history and subscription benefits.

9. Privacy and Data

Your privacy matters. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or on the platform. Continued use of Hypergamy after changes means you accept the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Any disputes will be resolved in Florida courts.
